Jonathan Commercial Properties was originally established in Coastal Virginia in 2002 as a commercial and industrial real estate brokerage company. We have over 37 years of commercial real estate experience and as we gained expertise the company transitioned into our current private client commercial real estate services format, concentrating on handling commercial real estate investments for a select group of clients.

Our scope of services covers commercial real estate investments, asset management, representing our clients in purchasing or selling, handing leasing transactions , providing development guidance, assisting with 1031 tax deferred exchanges and commercial real estate consulting.

We have experience with all property types including marinas, industrial, retail, office, land, apartments, general commercial and farm land. We handle triple net leased investments that have included properties with tenants such as Dollar General, Family Dollar, Advance Auto and many other retail and industrial tenants.

We are located in Virginia Beach, Virginia and provide brokerage services throughout the Coastal Virginia, Maryland and Eastern North Carolina area. Our brokerage market area covers Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth, Williamsburg, James City County, north past Richmond, Virginia and south into Currituck County, North Carolina. For marina and commercial waterfront we cover the entire Chesapeake Bay region from Maryland through Virginia and into North Carolina. Our consulting services are available throughout the United Satate.
